Seminar	“Everything a Municipal Clerk Needs to Know”
Course Description	A continuation of the review of the core duties of the municipal clerk including: the miscellaneous duties; Assessments, Condo Conversion, Landlord Registration, NJ Tort Claim Act, Certificates of Insurance/Limousines/Taxicabs/Autobuses, Sale of Tangible Property and Municipally owned property and Cable Television Franchise renewals and Fire Districts. We will also present a brief Records management overview.

Lecture	Instruction commences promptly at 9:30 am. and  concludes  by 12:50 pm.  Lunch is from12:50-1:30 pm.
