About Us
AM/PM was formed in 2001 by former Essex County Clerk Patrick J.
McNally. Mr. McNally, a Registered Municipal Clerk and a
certified municipal registrar, has many years experience in local,
county and state government as well as having served on the Board of
Education. Based in Verona, NJ, AM/PM has presented numerous
courses, to a wide range of NJ Government Officials, at locations
throughout the State. All of the Courses we have offered in the past
have been approved by The NJ Division of Local Government Services
for Recertification Credits for Registered Municipal Clerks,
Certified Public Works Managers, Certified Tax Collectors, and
Certified Municipal and County Finance Officers. We have also
presented courses for Police Officers on topics such as "OPRA for
Police" and "Domestic Violence" We are pleased to announce that we
have also been approved by The NJ Dept of Health and Senior Services
as a provider of the Certified Municipal Registrar Program.
